Mr. Waggy Tails offers pet grooming and pet care products.

All product descriptions, images, packaging, colours and specifications are intended to be as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in colour, fragrance, packaging or appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

4. Product Information

Our products are intended solely for use on animals as directed.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease unless specifically stated in accordance with applicable law.

Product results may vary depending upon the pet’s breed, age, coat condition, skin condition and general health.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount shall be refunded through the original payment method.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed during checkout.

We do not store your complete debit card, credit card or banking credentials.

8. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Fragrance preference
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Opened or used products

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product;
  • You receive a defective product; or
  • You receive the wrong product.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and supported with photographs or videos, if requested.

Every pet has unique skin and coat characteristics.

Before first use, perform a patch test on a small area.

If irritation occurs:

  • discontinue use immediately; and
  • consult a qualified veterinarian.
